I am an Industrial Designer originally from Vancouver, B.C.; however, I am also of Spanish descent and hold dual citizenship. I completed my Bachelor's in Industrial Design at Emily Carr University of Art and Design in 2014. In 2019, with academic excellence, I completed a Master's in Advanced Architecture in Barcelona, Spain, at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia. For the last two years, I worked with UNSx at UNStudio as a Product and interior designer, mainly focusing on projects in Neom.

I have completed five years of education and seven years of work experience in design and architecture. Professionally, I have worked and freelanced on several design scales, ranging from furniture/product design to exhibition design, public art installations, and interior architecture. I have years of experience in 3D modelling software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, and Grasshopper. I am fluent in Adobe Creative Suite for editing and presentations and use rendering/animation programs such as Keyshot and VRay. Along with computational skills, I have often led in project management in academic and professional projects. This includes concept development, design research, client presentations, cost tracking, and manufacturing strategy. I'm a woman of many hats and always contribute at the forefront of my projects and collaborations.

As a multidisciplinary designer passionate about advanced design, digital fabrication and intelligent materials, I hold conviction in my approach and work. With origins from the Pacific Northwest coast of Canada, an appreciation and focus on resources and materiality are inherent and developed a desire to investigate the modern possibilities of sustainable materials. I eagerly continue to absorb techniques and investigative practices of architecture, enriching my passion for design and materials while supporting my intentions of being a skilled and environmentally responsible designer.
